Raghav Juyal reveals, 'dark' role in 'Yudhra' affected him psychologically

Mumbai Mumbai. Raghav Juyal is currently enjoying the success of his recently released film 'Yudhra', starring Siddhant Chaturvedi and Malavika Mohanan in the lead roles. Talking about his 'dark' character, Juyal said that his character affected him on a 'psychological level', which led to a significant change in his behaviour, which worried his family. Speaking to Mid-Day, Raghav said that playing a dark and intense character in 'Yudhra' was a unique experience for him. Juyal told, “I had to cross my limits. I behaved in a way that was very different from my usual nature. The process was intense and at times, restless. After the shoot was over, I realised how much this role had affected me on a psychological level.

I felt a great need to isolate myself and recover.” Raghav further revealed that when he went to Uttarakhand, his family noticed a change in his behaviour and were worried for him, which made him realise how deeply he had immersed himself in the character. “This was the first time I tried to play such a role, even though I did a kill. It was a challenging but rewarding experience,” Raghav said. So far, Yudhra has earned a total of Rs 6 crore in India. The film earned Rs 4.5 crore domestically on its first day. The film is directed by Ravi Udyawar. It is produced by Ritesh Sidhwani, Farhan Akhtar and Sudha Anukta. Yudhra also stars Gajraj Rao, Ram Kapoor, Raj Arjun and Shilpa Shukla.
