Ragi Idli Recipe :Idli is made from many things and people like all of them because of their different tastes. Right now we are talking about idli made from ragi. It is also very good for health. Ragi contains abundant nutrients. Its consumption can help in controlling blood sugar level. Eating it also helps in reducing fat. This is a great option for breakfast. � Ingredients

Ragi flour – 1 cup

Semolina – 1 cup

Sour curd – 1 cup

Baking Soda – 1/4 tsp

Salt – as per taste

Water – 1 cup

– First of all, put semolina (rava) in a pan and dry roast it for 2-3 minutes on medium flame.

– After this, take it out in a big vessel and cool it. When the semolina cools down, add ragi flour to it and mix both well.

– Always keep the ratio of ragi and semolina the same. Now add curd and salt as per taste and mix with the help of a spoon.

Now keep the prepared mixture aside for half an hour. After the stipulated time, take the mixture and add water as per requirement, mix it properly and prepare the batter.

– Now add a pinch of baking soda mixer in it. After this, take the idli pot and apply oil in all its holes.

After this, add prepared idli batter in all the boxes. Now steam the idli on medium flame for 10 minutes.

After this, open the pot and check whether the idli is cooked properly or not. Once the idli is cooked, remove the pot and keep it aside for 5 minutes.

After this, take out all the idlis one by one. Similarly, make Ragi Idli from the entire batter.
