BJP scripted speeches with the help of WhatsApp: Silence on EVM and real questions? Opposition attack on Shah’s address

Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi described Shah’s entire address as ‘defensive’ Agreed and rejected. He said in clear words that the government has now come into defensive mode. Coming out of the House after Shah’s counterattack, Rahul alleged that the Home Minister has maintained mysterious silence on the most important and burning questions like the architecture of EVMs and transparent voter list, which has further deepened the suspicion.
Congress has described the Home Minister’s reply as completely scripted and based on WhatsApp history. Gaurav Gogoi taunted that Shah was only reading a rote script and did not give direct answers to any concrete question of the opposition. At the same time, Manish Tiwari, playing a legal gamble, termed the process of SIR as unconstitutional. The opposition says that when the government ‘crosses 400’ When she was giving the slogan, she did not find any flaw in the voter list, but now due to the fear of defeat, new stories are being created.
WhatsApp knowledge and rote scripts?

He alleged that Shah deliberately ignored the issues raised by leaders like Rahul Gandhi, Akhilesh Yadav and Supriya Sule. Rahul Gandhi also told the media after walking out of the House that he demanded the removal of the CJI from the appointment of election commissioners and the complete immunity given to the Election Commission. In which book of the Constitution is this rule written?
Congress MP Manish Tiwari gave a new turn to the debate and raised constitutional questions. He asked, where did the Election Commission get the right to conduct Special Intensive Revision (SIR) in the entire country? Tiwari argued that Articles 324 and 347 of the Constitution do not give any such power to the Commission.
