In this, sections 152 and 197 (1) of the Indian Judicial Code have been imposed on Rahul Gandhi, which have been imposed on steps like endangering the unity and integrity of the country. These sections are non-bailable. During the inauguration of the Congress headquarters, Rahul Gandhi directly targeted RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat. Mohan Bhagwat's statement in an event, 'The construction of Ram temple in Ayodhya should be celebrated as the real independence of India. But Rahul Gandhi, being the attacker, said that this statement shows what BJP and RSS think about the country's independence and Constitution.
