During his foreign tour in Germany, Rahul Gandhi once again accused BJP of occupying the country’s institutions.

In a program organized at Hertie School in Berlin, Rahul Gandhi said that BJP has created such an environment that the institutions are not able to do their work properly. Reiterating the allegations of vote theft, he said that Congress has won the Haryana elections. Despite this, when he asked direct questions to the Election Commission, he did not get any response.
He said, “Our institutional structure has been completely captured. Our intelligence agencies, ED and CBI, are being used as political weapons. ED and CBI have no cases against BJP, while most of the cases are made against their opponents. If you are a businessman and try to support Congress, you are threatened. BJP is using India’s institutional structure as a tool to increase political power. Look, BJP’s How much money do you have and how much money does the opposition have?
He further said that Congress will develop a mechanism of protest against the capture of institutions. He said, “The democratic system is under attack and we have to find ways to counter it. We will create a system to counter it. We are not fighting the BJP, but its capture of the Indian institutional structure.”
INDIA alliance does not agree with the ideology of RSS
On the question that the INDIA alliance parties are contesting against each other in state and local elections, Rahul Gandhi said, “Not all the INDIA alliance parties agree with the core ideology of the RSS. We are united on that question, but we have strategic contests, and they will continue. We are united in Parliament, and we will take on the BJP on laws with which we disagree. This is a deeper fight than just elections. We are fighting for an alternative vision of India. BJP Constitution and It is trying to destroy equality between states, languages and religions.”
