Congress leader and Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha, Rahul Gandhi, celebrated his 56th birthday on Friday, receiving wishes from political leaders, party workers, and supporters from across the country.
The occasion witnessed celebrations at Congress offices in several states, where party workers organized cake-cutting ceremonies, special prayers, and social outreach activities. Supporters also gathered outside the Congress headquarters in New Delhi to extend their greetings.

In a message shared on social media, Prime Minister Modi wished Gandhi good health and a long life.
Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge also extended warm wishes, praising Gandhi’s commitment to constitutional values, social justice, and public service.
Senior Congress leader Shashi Tharoor described Rahul Gandhi as an important voice for democratic values and wished him continued strength and determination in public life.
Several other leaders, including Congress leaders Sachin Pilot, Sandeep Dikshit, and Pawan Khera, also congratulated Gandhi and highlighted his role in raising issues related to youth, employment, and governance.

Born on June 19, 1970, in New Delhi, Rahul Gandhi is the son of former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi and senior Congress leader Sonia Gandhi.
He currently serves as the Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha and remains one of the most prominent faces of the Congress party.
