Railway employees cannot make reel-video

Railway Duty Discipline New Order: There is important news for the employees of Indian Railways. South-Eastern Railway (SECR) has implemented a new rule regarding employees. Now strict action will be taken against the employees who make reels and videos while on duty. In view of the increasing reel trend among the employees in Raipur Railway Division, the Railway Administration has issued orders. Under the order, it has been completely banned for the employees to make any kind of video, reel and blog or take photographs while on duty. This rule will remain in force while in uniform, on railway premises or near any railway property.

Order for new rules issued

SECR has issued an order regarding the new rule. Under the order, railway employees cannot do blogging, videography, photography or any kind of recording for internet media in any premises like station, workshop, control room, office, train, yard or any restricted area.

At the same time, in non-operational areas, the use of mobile phones during leisure time will be limited to personal and essential communications only. Creating social media content by any employee while on duty or using official resources will be considered completely against the rules. Action will be taken against employees who violate the rules.

Raipur Railway Board took strict decision

Recently, questions were raised after the Bilaspur train accident. A few days ago, a video of content creation of a railway employee while on duty went viral. After this, preparations have been started to take strict action against the railway employees who make reels and videos while on duty. Clear orders have been issued by the Railway Administration that making any type of video, reel, blog or photo while on duty is completely banned. This rule will remain in force while in uniform, on railway premises or near any railway property.
