Rain of colors in turmeric! Vijay-Rashmika’s function revealed a Holi-like scene

Tezzbuzz Desk – Two big stars of South Indian cinema, Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna have now officially become husband and wife. The destination wedding of both was organized in the royal city of Rajasthan, Udaipur. The marriage took place on the morning of February 26 as per Telugu customs, while other rituals would be performed in the evening as per Kannada tradition.

Royal wedding in the presence of 100 guests

The couple has kept their marriage very private. According to the information, only about 100 selected guests have attended this special occasion. The ceremony was held at Mementos by ITC Hotel in Udaipur, where all the rituals were being performed in the presence of family and close friends.

Although Vijay and Rashmika have not yet shared the official pictures of their wedding, but glimpses of the Haldi ceremony have been revealed.

The couple’s Haldi ceremony was held with great pomp on 25th February. Actress Aashika Ranganath also attended the event. He shared some pictures of Haldi on his Instagram story.

Although Vijay and Rashmika were not seen in the pictures, Aashika herself was seen drenched in turmeric and colours. Along with a picture, he jokingly wrote, “The effects of Holi started early?” On the other picture, it was written, “Celebration of love with all colors.”

It is clear from the pictures that along with traditional rituals, colors were also used extensively in the Haldi ceremony.

Love story started from film set

Vijay and Rashmika’s love story is no less than a film story. Both were seen together for the first time in the film Geeta Govindam. This film proved to be a super hit at the box office and during this time, news of their closeness started coming to light.

After this both of them also worked together in Dear Comrade. Amidst the news of dating for a long time, the couple kept their relationship private, but now they have named their love as marriage.
