According to the Meteorological Department (IMD), the weather is now changing in many parts of the country. Especially in 12 states, warnings of rain, thunder and strong winds have been issued. There is also a danger of strong storm and lightning at some places, which may increase the problems of the people. There is a possibility of dense fog in Punjab on the morning of 24th February, due to which visibility may be very low and people may face problems.

In the next 4 days, the maximum temperature in the areas of North-West India (like Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, Rajasthan etc.) may increase by 2 to 3 degrees Celsius, which means the heat is going to be felt soon. At the same time, in Vidarbha and Chhattisgarh, the maximum temperature may drop by about 2 degrees for the next 3 days. Rain warning issued in 12 states of the country

The Meteorological Department has said that the weather is going to be bad in North India, Northeast and some other parts. The main states with possibility of rain are: Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Jammu and Kashmir, Jharkhand, West Bengal, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, Sikkim, Telangana, Chhattisgarh and Maharashtra. On February 24, there may be rain and thundershowers in the Ganga plains, especially in West Bengal, Jharkhand, Sikkim, Assam, Meghalaya and Telangana. There will also be a danger of lightning. At the same time, there is a possibility of light rain or drizzle in Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand from 26 to 28 February. There may also be snowfall at some places in the mountains.

Delhi weather

There is going to be no rain in Delhi on 24th February. The weather will be clear and pleasant. The sky will look completely blue. In the morning, light cold wind will blow at a speed of 10 to 15 kilometers per hour, due to which pollution will reduce a bit and breathing will be easier. AQI (air quality) is expected to be between 100 to 120, which is moderate. The maximum temperature can reach 28 degrees Celsius and the minimum temperature will be around 14 degrees, that is, it will be hot during the day, but the night will be cool.

Uttar Pradesh weather

There will be a slight change in the weather in UP on 24th February. Light rain or scattered drops may occur in some districts of Western UP. This can happen in areas like Baghpat, Amroha, Moradabad etc. But the heat is going to increase in eastern UP. Temperature will be high in districts like Ghazipur, Chandauli, Azamgarh, Mau, Ballia, Basti, Sant Kabir Nagar, Mirzapur, Sonbhadra and Bhadohi. The maximum temperature in Lucknow will be 28 degrees and minimum 14 degrees. The day temperature in Kanpur can go up to 29 degrees and will be 15 degrees at night.

Bihar weather

There is no possibility of rain in Bihar on 24th February. The weather will be mostly clear. But in most districts the temperature may increase by 1 to 2 degrees. Heat will be felt in districts like Gaya, Jehanabad, Patna, Saran, Buxar, Nalanda, Siwan, Bhojpur, Muzaffarpur, Samastipur, Darbhanga, Madhubani, Saharsa, Bhagalpur and Purnia. The maximum day temperature in Patna will be 29 degrees and the minimum will be 16 degrees.

Uttarakhand weather

Currently, there is a rain warning in Uttarakhand from 26th February to 28th February. There may be light rain in districts like Nainital, Pithoragarh, Bageshwar, Champawat, Tehri, Almora etc. People are advised to be careful. In high altitude areas the temperature may drop by 1-2 degrees, which will increase the cold. The maximum temperature in Dehradun on February 24 will be 22 degrees and the minimum will be 11 degrees.

Himachal Pradesh weather

There is a possibility of rain in Himachal also from 26 to 28 February. It may rain in areas like Shimla, Kullu, Mandi, Una, Hamirpur, Solan, Sirmaur and Lahaul-Spiti. This will reduce the temperature. The day temperature in Manali can go up to minus 1 degree and the night temperature can go up to minus 11 degrees. Snowfall may also occur in high altitude areas.
