Husband murdered his wife to hide illicit relationship, this conspiracy was hatched to dodge the police

Rajasthan: Raisinghnagar The police has made a sensational disclosure of the case of murder of a wife and throwing her body in a water container in the police station area. Initially an attempt was made to call it an accident, but the police investigation and post mortem report revealed the layers of this entire matter.

Investigation revealed that the woman had come to know about her husband’s illicit relations, against which she was continuously opposing. Angered by this, the husband first beat her and then strangulated her to death. Later, to hide the crime, the body was thrown in a water tank.

Direction of investigation changed due to post mortem report

This entire matter was disclosed by District Superintendent of Police Dr. Amrita Duhan during the press conference. He told that this incident happened on 9th December. Initially the woman’s death was said to be due to drowning, but the post mortem report made it clear that the death was not due to drowning but due to strangulation. On the basis of this important report, the police changed the direction of their investigation and started collecting evidence afresh.

Illicit relationship became the reason for murder

According to the Superintendent of Police, investigation revealed that the accused husband had illicit relations with a girl. The deceased had come to know about these relations and was continuously opposing it. This thing was displeasing the accused. On December 9, there was a dispute between the two regarding this matter, which turned into a violent fight. The accused beat up his wife and then strangulated her to death.

To show the accident, the body was thrown in the trunk.

After the murder, the accused threw the body in a water container with the intention of destroying the evidence, so that the case looked like an accident. However, the post-mortem report and thorough investigation by the police exposed this conspiracy.

Based on the report of the deceased’s father, the police registered a case against the accused husband and formed a special investigation team. Under the supervision of Raisinghnagar Additional Superintendent of Police Rameshwar Lal, station incharge Mahavir Prasad and the police team collected some evidence, after which the accused was arrested.
