Rajasthan budget becomes ‘guarantee card’ for 8 crore people of the state

Chief Minister Shri Bhajanlal Sharma has described the budget for the financial year 2026-27 as a historic document that will bring the resolution of Developed Rajasthan 2047 to fruition. He said that inspired by the visionary guidance of respected Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, the state government has set the target of building a developed Rajasthan by the year 2047.
The Chief Minister said that in the last two years, the state government has provided new momentum, new direction and new energy to the development of the state by living up to the aspirations of the people. Empowered by the blessings and trust of 8 crore people of the state, the government has presented a visionary and public welfare budget dedicated to the people in the Assembly.
He expressed confidence that this budget for the financial year 2026-27 is not just an account of income and expenditure, but a clear, concrete and result-oriented roadmap to realize the resolution of Developed Rajasthan 2047. The Chief Minister extended hearty congratulations and best wishes to Deputy Chief Minister and Finance Minister Smt. Diya Kumari and her dedicated team for this public welfare budget.
Chief Minister Shri Sharma said that under the guidance of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, the government is continuously striving to bring “work to every hand, water to every field and happiness to every home” with a clear vision. Describing the budget as a ‘guarantee card’ for the prosperity of 8 crore people of the state, he said that it will pave a new path for the empowerment of the poor, youth, women and farmers.
In the budget, special emphasis has been laid on construction of world class roads, strong connectivity and preservation of the glorious culture and historical heritage of the state, which will take tourism to new heights. The Chief Minister expressed confidence that this all-embracing and all-inclusive budget will become the basis for the all-round development of the state.
He said that the government is laying the strong foundation of a prosperous, self-reliant and developed Rajasthan by fulfilling the aspirations of the people.
