Police action in case of stone pelting in Chaumun, Rajasthan, 110 people detained
Rajasthan News: There was a huge uproar late Thursday night in Chaumun town of Jaipur, the capital of Rajasthan. Where two communities clashed over the removal of stones lying near the religious place and after that there was heavy stone pelting from both the sides. The government took a strict stance on this violence and ordered strict action against the miscreants. On this violence, Minister of State for Home Jawahar Singh Bedham said that strict action will be taken against the miscreants in the town. He said that the culprits will not be spared under any circumstances.
Police action on Chaumu violence
Police took strict action on the violence in Chaumun and detained 110 people. West Jaipur DCP Hanuman Prasad Meena said that the police have detained 110 people in the case of stone pelting in Chaumun. He told that one party voluntarily removed the encroachment from the religious place. But some people tried to encroach there permanently. When the administration tried to remove the encroachment, some people pelted stones. Some policemen have also been injured in this incident. DCP said that strict action will be taken against the culprits.

What did Minister of State for Home Jawahar Singh Bedham say on Chaumu case?
Regarding the violence in Chaumun, Rajasthan’s Minister of State for Home Jawahar Singh Bedham, while talking to the media on Friday, said that there was a dispute late on Thursday night regarding the installation of railing at the encroachment site. When the police reached to remove the railing installed by encroachment, some miscreants pelted stones at the police team. In which half a dozen policemen were injured. He said that at present the situation is under control. He said that the police have taken the situation under control and the miscreants are being arrested.
