According to the latest news, Vaibhav has skipped his board exams to prepare for the upcoming ‘Indian Premier League’ (IPL) 2026 and he is currently practicing at the pre-season training camp of Rajasthan Royals (RR).

The force of the shot was so much that the pipe burst and water started leaking there. This video has been shared by Rajasthan Royals on the social media platform ‘X’, which has been viewed more than 33,000 times so far. Making a humorous mention of this incident, the franchisee wrote, ‘Just the words of Vaibhav Suryavanshi.’

Vaibhav’s contribution in Under-19 World Cup 2026

Recently, the Indian Under-19 team won the 2026 World Cup under the captaincy of Ayush Mhatre, in which Vaibhav Suryavanshi played an important role. In this tournament, he scored 439 runs in 7 matches at an average of 62.71 and a strike rate of 169.49. His bat scoring one century and three half-centuries in this World Cup helped in making Team India the champion.

Vaibhav’s dominance in IPL and domestic cricket

Vaibhav made his IPL debut for Rajasthan Royals in 2025 at the age of only 13. In the first season, he scored 252 runs in 7 matches at a strike rate of 206.55. His skill in the T20 format can be gauged from the fact that in 18 matches he scored 701 runs at a strike rate of 204.37, which included three centuries.

In domestic cricket, he has scored 353 runs in 8 List A matches at an average of 44.12. Playing for the Under-19 team, he has 1,412 runs in 25 matches at an average of 56.48, which includes 4 centuries and 7 half-centuries.
