A few days ago, we had reported about Netflix setting a release date for Toasterits upcoming crime-comedy starring Rajkummar Rao and Sanya Malhotra in lead roles. On Saturday, the streamer released the official trailer of the film.
In ToasterRajkummar Rao plays Ramakant, a high-strung penny-pincher if there ever was one. Devoted to and obsessed with saving every rupee possible, Ramakant finds his life in doldrums when a wedding, where he generously gifted a toaster, gets called off and all gifts are given to charity. Hellbent on not letting his money go to waste, Ramakant decides to get his gift back.
