Rajpal Yadav case: Loan, jail and comeback… is Rajpal’s luck going to change? Actor told 10 year master plan

Rajpal Yadav case: Bollywood’s ‘Comedy King’ Rajpal Yadav is going through the most difficult phase of his life these days. He is now out after spending 13 days in jail in the check bounce case of Rs 9 crore. But as soon as he came out of jail, instead of keeping quiet, he made a big move. Before the important hearing to be held on March 18, Rajpal Yadav came in front of the media and not only clarified the allegations against him, but also put forward a new demand for the industry.

Emotional and outspoken in press conference

Rajpal Yadav reached the press conference held in Mumbai on Saturday with his lawyer Bhaskar Upadhyay. Here he presented his side on the loan matter of Rs 9 crore. During this, he looked emotional, but full of confidence. He said that those who have supported him in this difficult time should send their bank details, their money will be returned with respect. Rajpal said, I may not be able to repay the debt of love I have received from you all in my entire life, but I will definitely return the financial help.

Claim of work worth Rs 1200 crore

The most shocking claim came when Rajpal Yadav revealed about his upcoming work. He said that he has branding projects worth Rs 1200 crore planned in the next 7 years. According to him, he already has four big agreements. He clarified that this figure is different from the films. Some projects are worth Rs 200 crores, while some are up to Rs 2000 crores. In many projects they will get fees, while in some the profit sharing model has been adopted. Apart from this, he told that he also has 10 films in his kitty.

Raised voice for the industry

Rajpal Yadav also placed an important demand from the film industry. He said that there should be a standard format for film contracts in the country, so that artistes do not have to get entangled in legal disputes. Defending the industry, he said, “If the film does well, all is well, if the film sinks, Bollywood is bad? Now I will not allow Bollywood to be abused. In his own style, he added, “Rajpal Yadav is the king. Whether a king is in the jungle or in jail, a king is a king.

What is the whole controversy?

This case is related to the year 2010, when Rajpal Yadav had taken a loan of Rs 5 crore from a businessman for his film ‘Ata Pata Lapata’. Including interest, this amount increased to approximately Rs 9 crore. He had to go to jail when the check given for payment bounced. The actor claims that the lender acted out of revenge and refused to accept the security amount and property documents. Now the total outstanding amount is said to be around Rs 10 crore 40 lakh.

return to work

After getting bail to attend his niece’s wedding, Rajpal Yadav has again started shooting. He will soon be seen with Akshay Kumar in the film Bhoot Bangla, which is being directed by Priyadarshan. This film will be released on 10 April 2026. Now everyone’s eyes are on the hearing on March 18. Will there be relief from the court or will problems increase? Time will give the answer, but Rajpal Yadav’s attitude shows that he is in no mood to accept defeat.
