Rajpal Yadav came out of Tihar after 12 days, said this about children, old people and young people

New Delhi : Rajpal Yadav, who made everyone laugh with his comic timing in the corridors of Bollywood, spent the last few nights behind bars. However, on Tuesday he was freed from Delhi’s Tihar Jail and returned to his home. Delhi High Court has given him a big relief in the old transaction and check bounce case of Rs 9 crore. As soon as he came out of jail, he expressed his gratitude towards the film industry and reiterated his unwavering loyalty towards the law.

Rajpal Yadav became emotional at the threshold of jail

Let us tell you that as soon as Rajpal Yadav came out of the heavy gates of the jail, the fatigue of a long legal battle and the relief of release were clearly visible on his face. He said that crores of fans of the country are like his family, due to whose love he was able to cross the milestone of 250 films. Rajpal thanked the entire film industry and said that he stands with his well-wishers at every turn and will always respect the law.

How did the journey of controversies begin?

Actually, Rajpal Yadav’s troubles started when he took a loan of Rs 5 crore for the production of his first directorial film ‘Ata Pata Lapata’. Due to the flop of the film, the financial mathematics got spoiled and due to non-payment on time, the liability including interest reached Rs. 9 crores. When the lender approached the court, the matter became very serious. Ultimately, for not being able to pay enough, he had to spend a few days in jail.

Big efforts on the way to release

Rajpal’s lawyers argued in the court that their client was not deliberately postponing the payment. Pleading for release, he submitted a demand draft of Rs 1.5 crore in the court. Depositing this amount proved to be a turning point towards his release. After this, the court accepted that the actor was serious in cooperating in the legal process and an order for his interim bail was issued, paving the way for his freedom.

Freedom achieved under strict conditions

The court has granted bail to Rajpal, but its duration is only till March 18. He has been given this special permission to attend the wedding ceremony of his niece. Due to security reasons, he has had to surrender his passport and will not be able to step out of the country’s borders. Apart from this, they will have to ensure their presence in every future legal proceedings. It will now be legally and morally mandatory for them to follow these conditions.

The film industry supported

Rajpal was not alone in this hour of crisis. Big stars like Salman Khan, Ajay Devgan, Sonu Sood and Gurmeet Choudhary helped him financially. Meanwhile, boxer Vijendra Singh has promised to revive his career by giving him work in his next film. Rajpal will soon be seen making the audience laugh again through ‘Welcome to Jungle’. After the difficult phase, he is now ready to take his acting journey to new heights.
