Rajpal Yadav enumerated his projects, said

After being released from Tihar Jail, he recently held a press conference and spoke openly about the case going on against him, his career and future plans. During this, he said that he is definitely going through difficult times, but he is financially strong and he has no dearth of work in the coming years.

Controversy started from the film ‘Ata Pata Lapata’

In the press conference, Rajpal Yadav told that businessman Madhav Gopal Aggarwal had invested about Rs 5 crore in his film ‘Ata Pata Lapata’ released in 2010. This film was Rajpal’s first attempt as a director, but the film was not successful at the box office.

His lawyer Bhaskar claimed that with the addition of interest over time, this amount increased to around Rs 10.40 crore. According to the lawyer, the intention of the complainant was not just to recover money but to send the actor to jail. He also said that if the entire amount had been accepted in time, the matter could have been resolved in 2018 itself.

“I have 7 years of work”

Rajpal Yadav also gave a big statement regarding his career. He said that he has projects worth about Rs 1200 crore lined up for the coming seven years. He told that about 10 films are in the pipeline.

Soon he will be seen in the film ‘Bhoot Bangla’ and after this he will also be a part of a big film like ‘Welcome to the Jungle’. The actor also said that he has worked without fees during the financial crisis of many producers.

Rajpal Yadav became emotional

The actor also appeared emotional during the press conference. He said that he is grateful to the people who supported him during this difficult time. He said, “There are some people who are not even famous, but they helped me in every possible way. Those people are my real strength.”

Rajpal said in his own style, “I want to live like a king and work like a labourer. I was, am and will be a king. A king is a king, whether in jail or anywhere else.”

The lawyer also alleged that a strong warning was given by the complainant that if Rs 10.40 crore was not paid, his property would be sold. However, he also admitted that no recording of this alleged statement was available.
