Delhi High Court Jail Sentence: Bollywood actor Rajpal Yadav has got a big blow from Delhi High Court. In the check bounce case, on Friday the court sentenced him to 3 months imprisonment and imposed a fine. Along with this, his appeal against the decision of the trial court has been rejected.
Delhi High Court said in its decision, the actor’s attitude in the check bounce case seems suspicious. During this, the court asked the authorities to send him back to jail. That means now Rajpal Yadav will go to jail again. However, the High Court had put a temporary stay on his sentence in June 2024 and given him a chance to repay the outstanding amount of Rs 9 crore in the check bounce case. Despite this, Rajpal Yadav did not pay the money.

What is the matter?
The case in which Rajpal Yadav has been sentenced. That case is of the year 2010. During this time, Rajpal Yadav had taken a loan of Rs 5 crore from a private company to make his first film ‘Ata Pata Lapata’. But could not pay on time. Rajpal told that the film did not do well at the box office, due to which he suffered a lot of loss. When Rajpal did not return the money on time, Murali Projects Private Limited approached the court.

At present, Rajpal Yadav has once again received a big blow from the court in the check bounce case. Even before this he had gone to jail in this case, but he got bail in February. After which he is still out of jail.
