Rajya Sabha Elections: NDA captures all five seats of Bihar, Nitish Kumar becomes MP, Samrat Chaudhary congratulates

New Delhi. The results have been declared after the completion of the counting of votes for the five Rajya Sabha seats of Bihar. The National Democratic Alliance (NDA) performed brilliantly in the elections and won all the five seats. Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary expressed happiness over the victory of the five candidates and congratulated them for their victory. The Deputy Chief Minister said that this victory is the victory of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Nitish Kumar’s policy of development with good governance and justice.

Expressing his gratitude to all the NDA MLAs, he said that everyone voted unitedly in favor of the candidates. The Deputy Chief Minister said that the MLAs have voted with confidence in the leadership of their party, NDA, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Nitish Kumar. This shows his dedication to NDA and unwavering commitment towards the development of Bihar.

Congratulating BJP national president Nitin Naveen, he said that he has been a five-time MLA and a senior minister in the NDA government in Bihar. He has played an important role in the development of Bihar. He always does politics of public concern. The Deputy Chief Minister expressed confidence that after the Assembly, he will now work to further enhance the dignity of the Upper House Rajya Sabha.

Praising the leadership of Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, Samrat Chaudhary said that in the last 20 years he has given a new dimension to the development of Bihar. With his visionary leadership, Bihar, which was ruled by jungle raj before 2005, has been placed in the category of rapidly developing states. He further said that Bihar can never forget his contribution. Under his guidance, Bihar will continue to move forward on the path of development. Now Rajya Sabha will also get the benefit of Nitish Kumar’s long parliamentary experience.

Deputy Chief Minister Late the pioneer of social justice. Also congratulated Karpoori Thakur’s son Ramnath Thakur and Rashtriya Lok Morcha’s National President Upendra Kushwaha on being re-elected as Rajya Sabha members. He said that Rajya Sabha will continue to benefit from his political experience. Besides, he also congratulated Shivesh Ram on becoming a Rajya Sabha member. Choudhary further said that Bharatiya Janata Party does politics on the aim of Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas. Shivesh Ram’s election to Rajya Sabha is a living example of this.

According to the declared results, two candidates from Nitish Kumar’s party JDU have won. These include Chief Minister Nitish Kumar himself and Union Minister of State Ramnath Thakur. Whereas, from BJP’s side, the party’s national president Nitin Naveen and Shivesh Kumar registered victory. Apart from this, NDA ally Rashtriya Lok Morcha (RML) chief Upendra Kushwaha was also successful in winning the Rajya Sabha elections.
