Hyderabad: Director Shankar’s first direct Telugu outing, the Ram Charan-starrer Game Changer, was released worldwide to a mostly positive response on Friday.

Taking to their X accounts, fans and film critics posted their reviews on the microblogging site. While some have given the movie a thumbs up—praising Ram Charan’s dual role, alongside SJ Suryah, Kiara Advani, and Anjali in important roles—others have criticized the film for having the “same old plot.”

Movie critic Taran Adarsh posted on X saying “ENTERTAINER. It’s a #RamCharan Show… Predictable plot elevated by impactful moments… (Sic.)”

Nishit Shaw, another film critic called the movie “GRIPPING” and says “#RamCharan nails the act throughout.”

A user going by the name Australian Telugu Films seemed mighty impressed with the entry of Ram Charan, the visuals and songs of the film.
