New Delhi: Excitement is in the air as Ayodhya gears up to celebrate the first anniversary of the consecration of the Ram Lalla idol at the iconic Ram temple. Scheduled from January 11 to 13, this grand event aims to include not just the invited dignitaries but also common devotees who couldn’t witness the historic ceremony last year.
The Uttar Pradesh government has announced that Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will inaugurate the celebrations with the sacred ‘Abhishek’ of Ram Lalla, marking the commencement of this special occasion.
Adding to the splendour, Ram Lalla will be adorned in a bespoke ‘Pitambari’ (yellow attire) woven with gold and silver threads. This exquisite dress, crafted in Delhi, will be presented to Ram Lalla on the first day of the celebration.
