Ram temple offering controversy: Aditya Thackeray’s reaction on RSS statement, said – Ram Janmabhoomi movement will start once again

Political rhetoric regarding the Ayodhya Ram temple offering theft case is continuously increasing. In this matter, the reaction of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) has come out for the first time on Friday. Sangh’s Sarkaryavah Dattatreya Hosabale has described this incident as highly condemnable and has said that whoever is found guilty in the investigation should be given strict punishment. Now the opposition is targeting the statement given by RSS regarding theft of Ram temple offerings.

The reaction of Aditya Thackeray of Shiv Sena (UBT) has come to the fore on the video message of RSS leader Dattatreya Hosabale in the Ram Temple offering theft case. Aditya Thackeray has cornered BJP over the issue of alleged rigging in Ram temple offerings. He said that first of all, this matter has come to light quite late. Secondly, the members of the Ram Mandir Trust were appointed by the Central Government. The decision to build the temple was not taken by BJP, but after the decision of the Supreme Court. After that the trust was formed and its members were appointed.

The Shiv Sena (UBT) leader further said that his party is preparing to launch a mass movement on this issue. According to him, the Ram Janmabhoomi movement will start once again. Accusing the BJP, he said that if there is a discrepancy in the amount of donations and offerings to the temple, then it is an insult to the faith of crores of Hindus. Aditya Thackeray said that his party is planning to run ‘Ram Raksha Andolan’ by going from village to village. He claims that the purpose of this movement is to raise the demand to ensure transparency of donations related to the faith of Lord Ram and the temple.

RSS reaction on theft of Ram temple offering

RSS leader Dattatreya Hosabale has reacted to the Ayodhya Ram temple offering theft case by releasing a video on the Sangh’s social media platform X. He said that this incident has hurt the sentiments of Ram devotees and we all are hurt by this. The RSS said that on the specific request of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust, the Uttar Pradesh government has constituted a Special Investigation Team (SIT) and initiated legal action based on its recommendations. It is necessary to ensure that whoever is found guilty in the investigation should be given strict punishment.

Dattatreya Hosabale further said that the Sangh also calls upon the entire Hindu society to show necessary patience and restraint in this difficult moment. The current situation and uncertainty should end. From this perspective, we hope that the special investigation team formed by the temple management and administration will take all necessary steps.
