Uttarakhand A very shameful and heart-wrenching incident has come to light in Ramnagar. A father forcefully raped his own minor daughter while intoxicated. This incident has sent shockwaves through the entire area. According to the police, the accused father made his daughter a victim of lust. At the time of the incident the girl was sleeping next to her. His stepmother was outside the house. The father was drunk. Even when the girl protested, the accused forcibly made her his victim. He also threatened the girl that if she told anyone about this, he would kill her.
A few days after the incident, when the girl started having severe stomach pain, she told the whole story to her grandmother. The grandmother immediately informed the girl’s stepmother about this. Based on the complaint of the stepmother, the police registered a case against the accused father. The police have arrested the accused and sent him to jail. Kotwal Sushil Kumar said that the medical examination of the girl has confirmed rape. Police are now investigating further. The age of the girl is said to be minor, due to which the matter has become even more serious.
Second incident: Suspicious death of 12th class student
A tragic incident has also come to light in Mallital area of Uttarakhand. An 18-year-old student named Diya Goswami, living in Oak Lodge Compound, died suddenly under suspicious circumstances on Wednesday. Diya Goswami was a class 12 student in the local school. When she returned home from school on Wednesday, her health suddenly became very bad. According to family members, blood started coming from his mouth. The family immediately took him to BD Pandey Hospital, but the doctors declared him dead.
Questioning the school management
Since the case was suspicious, the hospital management informed the police. The police have sent the body to the mortuary for post-mortem. Kotwal Hem Pant said that the police is now interrogating the student’s family and the school management. The exact cause of death has not been known yet. Investigation is going on. Both these incidents are troubling the people in Ramnagar and Mallital area of Uttarakhand. The police is conducting a thorough investigation in both the cases so that the truth can come out and the culprits can be punished.
