Ramya called Ranveer Singh’s Dhurandhar 2 disappointing and advised not to watch it in the hall.

New Delhi: Ranveer Singh starrer film Dhurandhar 2, on one hand, is performing brilliantly at the box office, while on the other hand, controversy seems to be arising over it. The film is getting a tremendous response from the audience and on the very first day of its release, it has crossed the Rs 100 crore mark. But meanwhile, former MP and actress Ramya has given her reaction regarding the film, which has intensified the discussion on this issue.

Ramya expressed her opinion on social media and described the film as completely disappointing. She said that Dhurandhar 2 presents an interesting subject in a very boring manner. According to her, watching the film is an experience like reading a difficult and endless book where after a while the viewer gets tired and the events happening on the screen, instead of impressing him, on the contrary, disappoint him.

She clearly advised the audience that if they want to watch this film, then do not waste their money and time by going to theaters. Ramya believes that it is better if this film is watched on OTT platform instead of the big screen because there the audience has the option to stop it anytime.

Ramya raised questions on almost every aspect of the film. She termed even the direction, dialogues, editing, background score and acting as weak. She said that after watching the film, it seems as if the makers were in a hurry to release it and presented it to the audience without proper preparation.

Comparing the film with the first part, Ramya said that while in the first part there was enthusiasm, applause and energy among the audience, this time there is silence and disappointment in the theaters. She claimed that this time the film has failed to connect with the audience.

Not only this, she also raised questions on Ranveer Singh’s performance. Ramya sarcastically said that people saying that Ranveer has carried the film on his shoulders is beyond comprehension because they could only see his hair in the film. According to her, the personality and strength that Ranveer had in his character in the first part was missing this time.

Ramya also expressed her strong displeasure over the violence shown in the film. She said that this film seems less like a guide to show violence in a creative way and more like a guide to show violence in a creative way. She believes that director Aditya Dhar has tried to increase the violence in every scene, which seems unnecessary and uncomfortable.

  • In the end, Ramya addressed Ranveer Singh and said that he is a much better actor than this and he should avoid such projects. She also advised the director to come out of the propaganda era and focus on better content.

While Dhurandhar 2 is getting love from the audience, this sharp criticism of Ramya has started a new debate about the film. Now it has to be seen how the audience reacts to it.
