Ranbir Kapoor and Aditya Roy Kapur seen together, is ‘Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani 2’ coming?

Bollywood: Seeing Ranbir Kapoor and Aditya Roy Kapur together recently in Mumbai brought back old memories for the fans. A video of both the stars is going viral on social media, after which discussions regarding the sequel of the film ‘Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani’ have intensified. Fans are constantly asking whether ‘Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani 2’ is going to come now.

In the viral video, Ranbir Kapoor and Aditya Roy Kapoor were seen arriving at an event in Mumbai and greeting fans. Ranbir wore a light blue full sleeve shirt with black pants and stylish sunglasses, while Aditya Roy Kapur was seen in all black. Social media users were very excited after seeing both of them together. One user commented, “So happy to see them together,” while another asked, “Is Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani 2 being made?” Many fans also demanded the second part of the film. This video was shared by paparazzi account Viral Bhayani, which further increased the curiosity of the fans.

Let us tell you that in the film ‘Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani’ released in the year 2013, Ranbir Kapoor played the role of Kabir aka Bunny, while Aditya Roy Kapoor played the role of Avinash. Deepika Padukone and Kalki Koechlin were also seen in lead roles in this film directed by Ayan Mukherjee. This film is still counted among the favorite films of the youth.

Talking about the work front, these days Ranbir Kapoor is in the news for Nitish Tiwari’s mega budget film ‘Ramayana’, in which he will be seen playing the role of Lord Shri Ram. This film is scheduled to release in Diwali 2026. Aditya Roy Kapur was recently seen in Anurag Basu’s film ‘Metro In Dinon’, in which Anupam Kher, Sara Ali Khan, Neena Gupta, Ali Fazal, Fatima Sana Shaikh, Pankaj Tripathi and Konkana Sen Sharma were also in lead roles.
