The video shows a six-story bungalow with a sleek gray and light blue exterior, with glass balconies and large windows. It is named after Ranbir's late grandmother Krishna Raj Kapoor. Ranbir is planning to gift the bungalow to his daughter Raha and register it in her name. The bungalow cost him and his family around Rs 250 crore, making it Mumbai's 'most expensive' celebrity bungalow, surpassing Shah Rukh Khan's Mannat and Amitabh Bachchan's Jalsa.

Some fans have expressed mixed feelings about the design of the bungalow. One fan commented, “Is this a bungalow? “It looks like a building, and a very ordinary building at that.” Ranbir's Delhi fans compared his new house with the bungalows of Delhi and said, “What nonsense, look at the bungalows in the posh areas of our Delhi, then you will know what a bungalow is.” ” Another fan noted the similarity to an elvish bungalow, saying, “At first glance, it looks like an elvish house.” “I thought it was a building,” another fan wrote.

Currently, Alia and Ranbir live with Raha in their Vaastu Pali Hill apartment, where they also celebrated their beautiful wedding ceremony.

Ranbir last gave a blockbuster with Animal. He has several highly anticipated projects in the pipeline, including Nitesh Tiwari's Ramayan. Additionally, he will star alongside wife Alia in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Love & War, which also stars Vicky Kaushal in the lead role.
