Ranbir’s Ramayana will now be famous all over the world; English version of the film will be released on November 8.

Now the makers of this film starring Ranbir Kapoor and Yash have completed the preparations to take it to the global level. According to the latest reports, the English version of ‘Ramayana: Part 1’ will be released in the global market on November 8, 2026 this year. Explosion of ‘Ramayana’ in the global market: John Fithian made the revelation. During the CinemaCon 2026 held in Los Angeles, John Fithian, founder of ‘The Fithian Group’, has given a big hint about this big project. He shared plans to present ‘Ramayana’ on the global stage with Namit Malhotra and Yash. John told that some exclusive clips of the film were shown to international theater owners, which they were stunned to see. Along with this, it has been decided that it will be presented for the English speaking audience on November 8. The first part of ‘Ramayana’ is going to be released in India on the occasion of Diwali. Yash recently confirmed during an interview in Las Vegas that the film is planned to hit the theaters in the last week of October (around Diwali). The special thing is that the English version of the film will be released right after Diwali i.e. on 8th November, so that it can get a big opening at the global box office without any conflict. With a budget of Rs 4000 crore and Hollywood-like quality, this film is being described as the most expensive film of Indian cinema till date. An international company like ‘DNEG’ is handling the VFX work in this film, which is being made with a huge budget of Rs 4000 crore. The aim of the makers is to present the story of Ramayana at the level of Hollywood’s ‘Lord of the Rings’ or ‘Game of Thrones’. Ranbir Kapoor’s Ram avatar and Yash’s Ravana look are the biggest USPs of the film. The epic will be divided into two parts. Nitish Tiwari has clarified that it is not possible to cover a huge saga like Ramayana in one film. Therefore the film will be released in two parts. The first part will hit the screens on Diwali 2026, while the second part is expected to arrive by the end of 2027. In the film, Sai Pallavi will be seen in the roles of Mata Sita, Sunny Deol as Hanuman and Ravi Dubey as Laxman.
