Ranchi: BJP has issued a press release informing that an FIR has been lodged in Argora police station of Ranchi against former Congress presidents Rahul Gandhi and Sonia Gandhi. Kamlesh Ram, resident of BIT, Newari has lodged an FIR in Argora police station against Rahul Gandhi, Sonia Gandhi, Congress leaders and Congress party leaders.

Modi is being abused

Kamlesh Ram's lawyer Sudhir Shrivastav said that the way Congress leaders are making a record of abusing Narendra Modi in the country is not acceptable in any way. The abuses are such that an ordinary person cannot even utter them. For example, Modi ji has been abused with names like lowly, bastard, merchant of death, Duryodhan, coward, Ravana, demon, impotent, chowkidar chor hai, kaala angrez and hundreds of such abuses.

In the Indian judicial code, abusing, insulting, embarrassing, threatening a person in public without any evidence is a crime. In the case, the complainant Kamlesh Ram said that Modi ji is working to uplift the Scheduled Caste society and the Congress leaders are abusing him. He cannot sleep listening to this abuse. Being disturbed by all this, today he has filed a case against Rahul Gandhi, Sonia Gandhi and others in Argora police station.
