Ranji Trophy Final: Jammu and Kashmir scored 584 runs, Prasidh Krishna got five wickets

Thanks to the brilliant performance of the batsmen, Jammu and Kashmir scored a huge score of 584 runs in the first innings against Karnataka on Thursday, the third day of the Ranji Trophy final. Here today Jammu and Kashmir started playing ahead of yesterday’s score of 527 runs for six wickets. Jammu and Kashmir’s score had just increased by 12 runs in the morning session when Prasidh Krishna gave Karnataka its seventh success by dismissing Abid Mushtaq (28).
After this, he also dismissed Aaqib Nabi (two) in the 163rd over. Sahil Luthra showed struggle for some time. Ultimately, Vijaykumar Vaishak got Sahil Luthra caught out by Vidyadhar Patil in the 173rd over. Sahil Luthra scored 72 runs in 138 balls with the help of eight fours.
In the very next over, Devdutt Padikkal ran out the fast batting Yudhveer Singh Charak and ended Jammu and Kashmir’s innings with a score of 584. Yudhveer Singh Charak scored 30 runs in 28 balls with the help of three fours and two sixes. Prasidh Krishna took five wickets for Karnataka. Vidyadhar Patil, Shreyas Gopal, Vijaykumar Vaishak and Shikhar Shetty dismissed one batsman each.
