Tiger’s ‘dream sighting’ video goes viral in Ranthambore, he came and sat a few feet away from tourists
Wildlife Encounter: A sight was seen in Ranthambore National Park in Rajasthan which created a stir on social media. During a safari, a tiger suddenly came out from behind the ruins of the old fort and came very close to the tourists. According to Mayank Shukla, who shared the video on Instagram, he was on a regular safari when this big cat animal came into view.
Tiger came and sat on the old stone wall as if he was posing for the camera. For a few moments he looked down directly towards the tourists sitting in the jeep and the atmosphere became completely silent due to his sharp gaze. This scene looked like a movie scene.

Tourists were surprised to see the tiger closely
It is clearly visible in the video that the tiger first walks along the wall and then stops and looks at the tourists. For a moment it seemed as if her gaze would make everyone’s heart beat faster. But after a few moments, Tiger surprised everyone and behaved very calmly.
He sat comfortably on the same wall and started looking around with full confidence as if he was the king of his area. At one point he even yawned as if the tourists were disturbing his rest. This entire scene made one realize how possessive the animals are of their territory in the forest.

Someone called it a “scene like Sher Khan of Mowgli” while someone else wrote that “the sight of a tiger sitting like this is the most spectacular sight.”
Many wildlife lovers commented on the post saying that such rare sightings are possible only because of strict conservation rules. He also said that it is very important to maintain distance in the forest, not make noise and respect animals so that such beautiful and safe wild experiences can be had in future.
