Dhurandhar: The Revenge is breaking records at the box office, and several scenes from the film have already become a major talking point on social media. Many celebrities have taken to their platforms to laud Ranveer Singh’s performance and Aditya Dhar’s direction, with several also sharing glowing reviews.

However, Deepika Padukone has not posted anything about the film since its release and is being massively trolled for the same. She also skipped the premiere held on Friday. While she attended a sitar session for an emotional health concert and later stepped out for brunch with Ranveer on Sunday, she has remained silent about the film online.

Deepika has faced heavy trolling over this. In contrast, Alia Bhatt made a smart move. She praised Ranveer’s performance as well as Aditya Dhar’s direction, taking to Instagram Stories to share a still from one of the film’s most talked-about moments, the climax scene featuring Jaskirat Singh Rangi.

One of the scenes that has grabbed everyone’s attention is the emotional climax, where Jaskirat Singh Rangi (Ranveer Singh) travels to Punjab to meet his family, only to see them from a distance and leave without meeting his mother and sister. The audience has been left heartbroken that the character did not get a happy ending.

Reacting to the scene, Alia wrote, “Jaskirat Singh Rangi and this moment… is everything ❤️ The magic of the director and the actor in complete sync! Congratulations, Team Dhurandhar for this historic run at the movies.”

Netizens yet again trolled Deepika for not posting anything about Dhurandhar.

A user wrote, “Alia Bhatt ignored every other artist in Dhurandhar 2, as she knows where she has her profits, as Sara Arjun, Arjun Rampal, and Sanjay Dutt don’t fit in her helpful criteria.”

Another mentioned, “Even the Bollywood poster girl of the Nepo world, Alia Bhatt is posting about Dhurandhar 2 The Revenge, but Ranveer Singh’s wife, Deepika Padukone, hasn’t posted anything yet! Why? She will lose movies of top Bollywood houses or endorsements from her woke global leftist agencies?”

On Sunday, power couple Ranveer and Deepika stepped out for a lunch date in Mumbai, where Ranveer was greeted with loud cheers from fans. The couple was seen exiting a seafood restaurant after their outing. Deepika, despite not posting about the film, was beaming with joy as fans gathered around Ranveer, screaming in excitement and calling him “Hamza.”

Deepika smiled and walked ahead, giving Ranveer the space to enjoy the moment. Ranveer interacted with his fans warmly, waving at them and even stopping to shake hands with a few young admirers.

Many fans even erupted into chants of “Babbar Sher,” celebrating the actor’s recent success. But Ranveer politely declined selfies with some fans before heading towards the car as Deepika was sitting in the car.

Deepika kept it effortlessly casual in a white T-shirt paired with blue denims, while Ranveer opted for a stylish yet relaxed look in a blue T-shirt and jeans.

Meanwhile, Dhurandhar: The Revenge continues its phenomenal run at the box office. In just four days, the film has collected Rs 454.12 crore, and it is expected to cross the Rs 500 crore mark with its fifth-day collections.

Released on March 19, Dhurandhar: The Revenge is the sequel to last year’s Dhurandhar, which emerged as the highest-grossing film of 2025. The sequel features Ranveer Singh in the lead, alongside R. Madhavan, Rakesh Bedi, Arjun Rampal, and Sanjay Dutt.
