Ranveer Singh received threat from Lawrence Bishnoi gang, demand of crores

This message came in the form of a voice note through WhatsApp, in which crores of rupees have been demanded from him.

According to media reports, this incident happened on Tuesday. Ranveer Singh or his team immediately informed the Mumbai Police about this matter. Taking the matter seriously, the police have handed over the investigation to the Crime Branch. Officials are trying to trace the person who sent the voice note and are also trying to find out the real reason behind the threat. Some reports also say that the person making the threat is claiming to have connections to a gang, but the police are not confirming this.

After this threat, the security arrangements at Ranveer Singh’s residence have been further strengthened. The police have increased patrolling around his residence as a precautionary measure to avoid any untoward situation. At present, no formal complaint has been filed by Ranveer Singh or his family, but the police have taken suo motu cognizance and are continuing the investigation. Whether this incident could be related to the firing at Rohit Shetty’s residence or not, it will become clear during the investigation.
