Four big projects which were closed

1. Hindi remake of Anniyan

The remake of ‘Anniyan’ was announced with Shankar. However, later this project was stopped without any apparent reason. It was believed that the performance of the director’s previous films had an impact on this decision.

2. ‘Monster’

There was talk of a film called ‘Rakshas’ with Prasanth Varma. It is said that some part of the shooting was also done, but later Ranveer left it due to creative differences.

3. ‘Shaktimaan’

Ranveer’s name also came up for the film adaptation of the popular superhero ‘Shaktimaan’. But later he left this project also and the direction of the film changed.

4. ‘Don 3’ controversy

Most of the headlines were about Don 3. Farhan Akhtar was directing the film, but just before the shooting, Ranveer distanced himself from the project. After this, there were reports of the production house starting the legal process. Ranveer has made it clear that he will not be a part of ‘Don 3’.
