The film has reached close to 800 crores at the Hindi box office in India. Meanwhile, the producers got good news for the new year. The Union Territory of Ladakh has exempted the film “Dhurandhar” from tax. The announcement was made by the office of the Lt. Governor of Ladakh. This has created a wave of happiness among the makers and fans of Ranveer Singh.
Ladakh’s Lt Governor’s office posted on its X handle, “Lt Governor Kavinder Gupta has exempted the Bollywood film Dhurandhar in the Union Territory. The film has been largely shot in Ladakh and has many beautiful scenes. The Union Territory’s support to filmmakers shows its willingness to promote more filming and tourism. The administration is also working on a new film policy and will fully support film production in Ladakh.”
