Rava Idli Microwave Recipe

1 cup roasted semolina
2 medium sized chopped capsicum (green chilli)
15 coriander leaves
2 chopped green chillies
1/2 tbsp salt
1/2 cup water
1 cup whipped curd
1 medium sized chopped carrot
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 inch grated ginger
1/2 tsp baking soda
Step 1 Prepare the solution
To make this easy breakfast recipe, pour curd into a bowl and add semolina to it. Add 1/2 cup water and mix well to prepare a batter. Maintain a thick consistency. While stirring, add salt, ginger paste, green coriander and chopped green chillies to the solution.
Step 2 Add chopped vegetables
After mixing well, add all the vegetables. You can add chopped vegetables or completely chop them finely. Keep the batter aside for 10 minutes, till it rises. After 10 minutes, add baking soda and mix well. Your idli batter is ready.
Step 3 Microwave Them
Apply oil on the microwave idli container and start pouring the idli batter into it. Set the microwave on medium power for 3 minutes. To ensure that the idli is cooked, insert a toothpick into the idli. If the batter comes out clean, then the idli is cooked properly. If not, cook for 2 more minutes.
Step 4 Ready to serve
When the idlis are ready, carefully remove them from the microwave idli container with the help of a knife and transfer them to a serving bowl. Serve this healthy and delicious snack/breakfast recipe with tomato and coriander chutney. Their taste increases even more when served with hot sambar.
