Speaking about the future of the ODI format, Ravichandran Ashwin said, ‘Our entire focus will be on T20 cricket and improving it and if the game has to be made a global and Olympic sport, then the smaller the game is, the more beneficial it will be and that is how it will become even bigger. You will get a better sample size of players, which is also very important for many year-round leagues, T20 as a game will be here for a long time, I am not too sure about ODI cricket.
