He has given the message through his action that he is completely ready to make a splash in the coming season. In his first training session with Rajasthan Royals, he hit six sixes. This tournament is going to start from 28th March.

Ravindra Jadeja was traded from Chennai Super Kings to Rajasthan Royals for Rs 14 crore before the IPL 2026 auction. As the former champions began their preparations for the upcoming season, Jadeja took to the nets for the first time in Rajasthan colours. He was seen wearing his training kit, pink helmet and pink pads.

This left-handed batsman was seen hitting powerful sixes, he seemed to be in good rhythm with the bat. He showed the full face of the bat and hit some tremendous shots, which included sixes over long off and long on. He said, “First day with Rajasthan Royals camp. Feeling great. Hit some shots after a long time today, more to come.”

Rajasthan’s first match

Chennai Super Kings had traded Ravindra Jadeja and Sam Curran to the RR team in exchange for wicketkeeper-batsman Sanju Samson. Rajasthan is set to start its campaign against Chennai Super Kings in Guwahati on Monday, March 30. Their other matches in the first phase of the schedule include matches against Gujarat Titans, Mumbai Indians, and RCB.
