Royal Challengers Bengaluru were unstoppable against the UP Warriorz in their second match of the Women’s Premier League 2026. The former champions registered a 9-wicket win over UP to climb to the top spot in the standings.

Chasing 144 runs on a batting-friendly wicket, Grace Harris and Smriti Mandhana went on the attack from the start and didn’t allow the bowlers to settle down. Harris amassed 85 runs off 40 balls, laced with 10 fours and 5 sixes.

Smriti accumulated 37 not out in 32 deliveries, laced with 9 fours. Harris and Smriti scripted a 137-run stand for the first wicket. In the previous match, RCB defeated the Mumbai Indians at the DY Patil Stadium in Navi Mumbai.

Earlier, Deepti Sharma and Deandra Dottin added an unbeaten 93 runs for the sixth wicket to take the team to 143/5. Warriorz were 50 for 5 in 8.2 overs, and even 100 was looking difficult, but Deepti and Dottin rescued their team.
