RCB won the toss and decided to bowl first. Batting first, UP scored 143 for 5 and set a target of 144 against RCB. RCB came into the field to chase the runs. The opening duo of Grace Harris and Smriti Mandhana attacked the UP bowlers well and sealed the win for the team by putting on a century partnership in 10 overs. Harris was dismissed with just 7 runs needed to win. She scored 85 off 40 balls. In this she hit 10 fours and 5 sixes. She was dismissed by Shikha Pandey. But then Smriti Mandhana and Richa Ghosh sealed the victory. Mandhana remained unbeaten on 47 runs off 32 balls while Richa Ghosh also remained unbeaten on 2 runs. Shikha Pandey took the lone wicket for UP.
