Real Madrid say No to January loan for Franco Mastantuono; Xabi shows full trust

Real Madrid have no plans to send Franco Mastantuono out on loan during the upcoming January transfer window, despite growing speculation around the Argentine teenager’s short-term future at the club.

According to the latest update, the Spanish giants remain fully committed to the 17-year-old midfielder and view him as an important part of their long-term project. Reports linking Mastantuono with a temporary exit have been dismissed internally, with the club hierarchy and coaching staff aligned on keeping him at the Santiago Bernabéu.

The youngster has earned the full trust of head coach Xabi Alonso, who is understood to be impressed by Mastantuono’s maturity, technical quality, and adaptability despite his age. Alonso, along with the Real Madrid management, believes the midfielder’s development will be best served by staying within the first-team environment rather than gaining minutes elsewhere.
