Real Madrid’s next manager odds place Mourinho ahead of Klopp and Pochettino

Real Madrid’s search for their next manager is already gathering pace, with Jose Mourinho emerging as the leading name in the latest prediction market odds. The Portuguese coach currently holds a strong advantage in Polymarket projections, ahead of Didier Deschamps, Mauricio Pochettino, and Jurgen Klopp.

The growing speculation comes at a time when uncertainty continues around the future of Carlo Ancelotti. While no final decision has been announced by the club, discussions over potential successors are now intensifying behind the scenes.

Mourinho, who previously managed Real Madrid between 2010 and 2013, is understood to have already held talks with the club regarding a possible return in a different managerial cycle. Sources close to the situation suggest Madrid value his experience, strong personality, and ability to manage pressure in high-stakes dressing rooms.

The latest market projections place Mourinho at 68 percent to become Real Madrid’s next manager. France national team boss Didier Deschamps follows at 16 percent, while former Tottenham and Paris Saint-Germain coach Mauricio Pochettino stands at 12 percent. Former Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp is currently placed at seven percent.

Despite Mourinho leading the public projections, Florentino Perez reportedly still views Klopp as his preferred candidate for the role. The Real Madrid president is believed to admire Klopp’s football philosophy, leadership style, and long-term project-building ability.
