Material
- 250g boneless chicken (cut into long strips)
- 1 cup finely chopped hakka noodles (drained)
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons cornflour
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp red chili or chili sauce
- Salt to taste
- Half a teaspoon of pepper
- Oil for frying

- First wash the chicken and cut it into long and thin pieces.
- Take chicken in a bowl and add ginger-garlic paste, soy sauce, red chillies, salt, pepper, cornflour, flour and egg and mix well. Let this mixture simmer for at least 30 minutes.
- Allow the half-cooked hakka noodles to cool completely and keep them lightly separated.
- Take each piece of minced chicken and wrap the strands of noodles tightly around it. The noodles should stick well.
- Heat oil in a pan. The oil should be at medium temperature.
- Carefully drop the prepared noodle-wrapped chicken into the hot oil and deep fry until golden.
- Take out and place on a tissue paper to remove excess oil.
- Serve hot with thread chicken sauce or chili garlic dip. It is best to fry this dish just before serving to keep it crispy.
