Recipe: Make almond pudding at home, taste like market
Almonds: 1 cup (finely chopped)
Gyan Pure Desi Ghee: 1/2 cup
Milk: 2 cups
Sugar: 1 cup (as per taste)
Cardamom powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Raisins and cashews: for decoration
First of all, heat gyan pure desi ghee in a pan. Add finely chopped almonds to it and fry lightly. By roasting, the color of almonds will turn golden and its aroma will also spread.
Add milk: Now add milk to the roasted almonds and mix well. Let this mixture cook on medium flame.
Add sugar: When the milk starts boiling and the almonds dissolve well, add sugar. After adding sugar, keep stirring the halwa continuously so that it does not burn and cooks evenly.
Add cardamom powder: When the pudding becomes thick, add cardamom powder to it. This will give a special taste to the halwa.
Your delicious almond halwa is ready. Serve it hot.
