Recipe: Make delicious corn pulao for guests

Ingredients required to make Corn Pulao:

basmati rice

American Corn

ghee or mustard oil

Onion, Ginger-Garlic Paste

Salt

Green chilly

cumin, bay leaf, black pepper, cloves

hot water

green coriander

lemon juice

colorful capsicum

grated coconut

How to make Corn Pulao:

Prepare the rice:

First of all, wash the Basmati rice and soak it in water for 20-25 minutes.

Make paste:

Make a paste by grinding green chillies and coriander leaves.

Prepare tadka:

Heat ghee or oil in a pan. Add cumin, cloves, bay leaves, black pepper to it. Then add onion, green chilli, ginger-garlic paste and green chilli paste and fry.

Add corn and rice:

Now add American corn and then filter the soaked rice and add it to the pan. Mix everything well.

Add water and cook:

Add hot water to the pan, add salt as per taste and let it cook for 20 minutes.

Final Touch:

After the rice is cooked, add lemon juice. Garnish with lightly roasted colorful capsicum, chopped coriander leaves and grated coconut.

Hot corn pulao is ready.
