Recipe: Make pakoras with banana and roti in drizzling rain

Recipe: Potato, onion or brinjal pakoras are often made at home, especially during the rainy season. But eating the same kind of pakoras every day can be boring. If this is the case with you too, then today we have brought for you an easy kind of pakoras, which can be served for breakfast. These pakoras will be prepared with banana and roti.
Material

2-3- medium size made

1 tablespoon – green coriander

Salt – as per taste

1 tsp – chili flakes

Half teaspoon – red chili powder

1 teaspoon – finely chopped green chillies

2 tbsp – gram flour 1/4 tsp – ajwain

Half teaspoon cumin

A pinch of turmeric powder

Oil for frying

1 cup- water

Method

To make this, you need leftover rotis from the night before and some raw bananas.

First boil 2-3 bananas and then peel them and mash them and keep them in a bowl.

Now add all the spices and finely chopped green chillies and mix it well and keep it aside.

Put 2 tablespoons gram flour in a bowl and add finely chopped green chillies, turmeric powder and then add water and prepare the solution.

Now take the remaining rotis and spread the mashed bananas on it well. Cut this roti into 4 to 6 pieces.

Dip the bread and banana pieces in the gram flour batter and put them in the pan for frying.

Fry it till it becomes golden brown and then take it out hot in a plate.
