Recipe: Make Tasty Kachori instantly
-White urad dal
-boiled potatoes
-red chilli
-Turmeric
-Coriander
-Salt
-Manchoor powder or lemon juice

-To make Bread Kachori, first keep white urad dal for soaking. After this, chop onion, green chilli, coriander leaves and garlic and keep aside, boil 2 potatoes and keep aside. After this, to make Kachori, grind cumin, fennel, coriander and black pepper. Heat oil in a pan, season it with fennel, coriander and black pepper and add ginger, garlic and chopped green chillies. After this, mash the urad dal and potatoes, add red chilli, turmeric and coriander to the pan, sprinkle light water, cover and cook with steam.
Now add salt and mango powder to the mixture and mix everything well. Now turn off the gas and add coriander leaves. Now take two breads, apply water on them and roll them. Now fill one spoonful of stuffing in the middle of one bread and stick the other bread on top. When both of them stick, circle them with a bowl and cut the bread into designs. Then apply water on the mouths of both of them and stick them well. Now heat oil in a pan, add bread and fry it. Your tasty bread kachori is ready. You can serve it with sweet chutney or spicy green chutney.
