Ingredients to make chili tofu:
For tofu fry:
– Tofu: 200 grams (cut in cubes)
– Corn Floor: 2 tablespoons
– Flour: 2 tablespoons
-Ginger-Garlic Paste: 1/2 teaspoon
– Salt: As per taste
– Black Pepper Powder: 1/2 teaspoon
– Oil: to fry
For gravy:
– Oil: 2 tablespoons
– Ginger: 1 teaspoon (chopped)
– Garlic: 1 teaspoon (chopped)
-Green Chilli: 2-3 (cut in length)
– Onion: 1 (chopped into thick pieces)
– Capsicum: 1 (red, green, yellow – chopped into square pieces)
– Soya Sauce: 1 Tbsp
– Red Chili Sauce: 1 tbsp
– Tomato ketchup: 1 tbsp
– Vinegar: 1 teaspoon
– Salt: As per taste
– Black Pepper Powder: 1/2 teaspoon
– Green onion: for garnish

How to make chili tofu
1. Frying Tofu:
1. Mix corn floor, maida, ginger-garlic paste, salt and pepper powder in a bowl.
2. Prepare a thick batter by adding some water to it.
3. Dip Tofu's cubes in the batter and coat it.
4. Heat the oil in the pan and fry the tofu until golden and crispy. Then take it out on a paper towel.
2. Preparation of Chili Tofu:
1. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan.
2. Add ginger, garlic and green chillies and fry for 30 seconds.
3. Add onion and capsicum and cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
4. Add soy sauce, red chili sauce, tomato ketchup and vinegar and mix well.
5. Add some water and let it boil.
6. Add the fryed tofu into it and mix well with the sauce.
7. Add black pepper powder and salt and adjust it as per taste.
3. Serve:
Garnish the prepared chile tofu with green onion and serve hot. You can also eat it with fried rice or noodles.
