Materials:
- 2 cups cashews
- 2 tbsp ghee or oil
- 1 tsp red chillies
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp black salt
- Simple salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- 1 tsp sugar (optional)
- Few curry leaves

Action:
- Heat ghee or oil in a pan and roast the cashew nuts in it on low flame.
- Turn off the heat when the cashews turn light golden and crisp.
- Immediately add turmeric, red chillies and salt to the hot cashews and mix well.
- Then add chaat masala, garam masala and black pepper powder.
- If you want a little sweeter taste, add some sugar and mix.
- Heat a little ghee in a separate pan and fry the curry leaves until crisp.
