These numbers brought him close to a triple-double, but what truly stands out are his shooting percentages: 16 of 19 from two-point range and 2 of 2 from three, for an astonishing 84% overall field goal efficiency.
Pure efficiency from the reigning MVP, producing a performance that hadn’t been seen in the NBA since 1980 and, curiously, was mirrored for two consecutive nights – first by Immanuel Quickley and then by the Thunder’s own number 2.
Thanks to this dominant showing, Oklahoma City consolidates its first place in the Western Conferenceimproving to 37 wins in 45 games ahead of All-Star Weekend, where the Canadian star will be one of the main attractions.
