Redmi Note 15 SE 5G Launch: Redmi has launched its new mid-range smartphone Redmi Note 15 SE 5G in India. This smartphone is a special edition of Redmi Note 15 5G and comes with stylish vegan leather finish. The phone has a powerful battery of 5,800mAh, 50MP main rear camera and 6.77-inch curved AMOLED display.

The octa-core Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 chipset, up to 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage make it quite powerful in performance as well. Redmi Note 15 SE 5G will be available for sale in India from April 7 on Flipkart and Xiaomi online store.

Redmi Note 15 SE 5G has been introduced in three storage configurations in India. Its base variant with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage has been priced at ₹ 24,999. Its mid variant with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage is priced at ₹ 25,999.

The Redmi Note 15 SE 5G is a dual-SIM handset that runs Xiaomi’s Android 15-based HyperOS 2. The smartphone also features Adreno GPU, up to 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM, and up to 256GB of UFS 2.2 onboard storage, which can be expanded up to 1TB via a microSD card. For security, it also has an under-display fingerprint scanner and AI face unlock.

As for the camera, the Redmi Note 15 SE 5G sports a dual rear camera unit with a 50-megapixel (f/1.8) primary shooter and a 1/2.88-inch Light Hunter 400 sensor. The handset also has a 2-megapixel depth sensor. On the front, the Redmi Note 15 SE 5G sports a 20-megapixel (f/2.2) camera with a 1/4-inch sensor for selfies and video calls. It can record videos up to 4K/30 fps.

The Redmi Note 15 SE 5G packs a 5,800mAh battery that supports 45W wired fast charging. For connectivity, it also has 5G, 4G LTE, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.1, USB Type-C port, GPS, GLONASS, BDS and Galileo. The size of the phone is 164×75.42×7.35mm and its weight is approximately 178g.
